You can increase the number of guests at any time. You can decrease the number of guests up to 24 hours before the event.
Adding participants only adds both the buffet and game play options to your event; with our “Let’s Celebrate” Package, adding participants does not increase food. Check here for more information on our game cards! If you would like to add food to your event, you may do so 2 days prior to the party day.
Each participant will receive both types of game cards: an All-Access card and a Timed Play Card. Check out here for more information on our game cards!
We must receive a 7-day notice of cancellation to provide a refund for your deposit or reschedule your event. If you cancel within 3 days before your event date, you may receive store credit.
Of course! You MUST provide liability insurance a week prior to your event if you are bringing an outside entertainer. Please see here for more information.
Sure thing! When you add a private room to your event, you can add an additional 30 minutes of event space to your party time for $75.00. Please contact an event coordinator to add this time to your space!
If your chosen package includes the buffet, all of your adult guests must purchase the buffet at a discounted rate of $9.99.
