GameTime accepts all major credit cards and cash for special events. Personal checks are not accepted as payment.
‘All Access’ cards are red and can be used on every game on the game floor. They are credit based, so you’ll use the credits on the card to play games, earn tickets, and win prizes! The ‘Timed Play’ cards are only available for our events! They are blue and can be used on a majority of our games. They do not collect tickets, and they do not work on prize-dispensing machines.
You can tell the difference between which games you can play by looking at the card reader on each game. The ticket and prize games will have a red reader, and the remaining games will have a blue reader. Remember! You can play EVERY game with your red ‘All Access’ card and a majority of games with your blue ‘Timed Play’ card.
Yum! Birthday cakes are the only form of outside food that are allowed in the venue. The cake cannot be homemade and must be store bought. Don’t know if your cake meets those requirements? Call your GameTime venue to confirm!
That sounds awesome! You need permission first. Outside entertainment has to have liability insurance. The insured party must add GameTime as additionally insured to their insurance for the event date. All documents must be submitted to GameTime’s management team for approval before the event date. If the documents are approved, you will be notified, and the Entertainer will be allowed to provide services inside the venue. Without approval from Management, the Entertainer will not be allowed to provide services inside the venue. When in doubt, call ahead!
Outside food is strictly prohibited. Check out our party platter menu if you’d like to add more food!
Bringing in your own wine or beverages is prohibited. Therefore, we do not offer this as an option.
You can increase the number of guests at any time. You can decrease the number of guests up to 24 hours before the event.
Adding participants only adds game cards to your event; adding participants does not increase food or drinks. Check out here for more information on our game cards! If you would like to add food to your event, you may do so 4 days prior to the party day. Check out here for your additional food options!
Each participant will receive both types of game cards: an All-Access card and a Timed Play Card. Check out here for more information on our game cards!
We must receive a 7-day notice of cancellation to provide a refund for your deposit or reschedule your event. If you cancel within 3 days before your event date, you may receive store credit.
Of course! You MUST provide liability insurance a week prior to your event if you are bringing an outside entertainer. Please see here for more information.
Sure thing! You can add an additional 2 hours of event space to your party time for $249.00. Please contact an event coordinator to add this time to your space!
