Supporting local organizations

Every GameTime is a neighborhood place. The kids on the game floor go to the schools down the road, and the teams and troops and PTAs that keep those neighborhoods running are the ones that come to us for help with an auction, a raffle or a fundraising night. Where we can, we say yes.

How it works

Tell us about your organization and your event using the form below. Because requests exceed what we’re able to give, each one is reviewed individually — that’s how we make sure the support goes where it does the most good. If your request is approved, we’ll get the donation to you ahead of your event.

• Who we support: PTAs and PTOs, schools, youth sports and activity organizations, and registered nonprofits — typically for an auction, raffle or similar fundraiser.
• What to have ready: your 501(c)(3) determination letter or comparable documentation, the date of the event, and where to send the donation.
• Timing: expect to hear back from us in about 30 days. That is an estimate, not a promise — every request is reviewed individually.

Requests from all five locations are reviewed centrally, at [email protected]. Telling us which venue is closest helps us place the donation locally.
