Red is All Access, blue is Timed Play.

All Access is loaded with credits that are used up as you play. It works on both types of reader, red and blue, any E-tickets won are added to the card, and unused credits do not expire.

Timed Play is a block of arcade time that runs continuously once you begin. It works on games with blue readers only, it cannot be shared, and both its E-tickets and the time expire on the day of purchase.

That depends entirely on what you play.

Games are priced individually — some cost 4 credits, some 10, some 30. There is no flat rate per play, so how far a card goes depends on which games you choose. On four-credit games, 100 credits is a lot of plays. On fifteen-credit games it is far fewer.

Every machine shows its own credit price on the reader. If what you really want is a known amount of play time, that is what Timed Play is for.

Because that machine has a red reader. A Timed Play card works on the readers lit blue — roughly 60–75% of the machines, and the exact share varies by venue.

Prize games, photo booths and some ticket games have red readers and take All Access only. The card is not broken — it is doing exactly what it was sold to do.

Your Timed Play card is locked out because a game it started is still running. It unlocks after roughly the length of that play.

This is deliberate. It keeps Timed Play to one person. These are timed cards, not unlimited cards.

A Timed Play card bought at the counter or a kiosk starts on your first tap.

Promotional cards are different: each promotion has its own rules, and many start at the time of purchase.

A Timed Play card will let you play a ticket game, but no extra E-tickets are awarded during play.

A regular Timed Play card carries its E-tickets up front, valid the day you bought it. Timed cards that come with a promotion, a party or a youth group do not include E-tickets.

Promotional cards do not work the same way as other timed cards. Each promotion has its own rules, and many begin at the time of purchase rather than at your first tap.

Like every timed card, a promotional card expires the same day it is purchased.

Timed Play expires at the end of the day you bought it, whether or not the clock ran out. There is no pausing, no banking and no carry-over. All Access works the other way round — the credits stay on the card.

No. Credits on an All Access card stay on it under current offers. Bring the card back any time. Cards handed out at a birthday party or a group event are the exception — those are good on the day of the event.

That means it was bought at a kiosk rather than from a team member. Bring it to the counter and someone can tell you exactly what is loaded on it.

Yes. Credits and E-tickets on a card work at any GameTime in Florida. Timed Play is the exception — it expires the day of purchase wherever you bought it.

Yes. All cakes, cupcakes, donuts and any birthday dessert must be store-bought from a licensed bakery. Homemade desserts cannot be brought in.

Bring your own candles if you like — we keep some as backup and will help light them.

No. Apart from a store-bought birthday dessert, no outside food or drink is allowed. Extra food for the party can be ordered from our kitchen ahead of time.

No. We cannot store anything in a refrigerator or freezer, for any length of time. That includes holding a regular cake for guests who arrive early to decorate.

An ice cream cake must be store-bought from a licensed bakery like any other birthday dessert, and we cannot refrigerate or freeze it. It stays with you, so plan to serve it as soon as you arrive.

Your own plates, cups, napkins and tablecloths are welcome. Hand them to your host when you arrive and they are set out as part of normal service.

Centerpieces and balloon arches are welcome too, but anything that needs building, you build. We make the space available.

Helium balloons end up in ceilings we cannot reach, and confetti takes longer to clear than the gap between parties allows.

Some packages include two foil centerpiece balloons, one at the food table and one at the participant table. Which packages include them differs by venue — the package list on the birthday parties page says.

Both kinds of game card. Red is All Access: it taps every reader, including the prize games and cranes, and credits are used up as they play. Blue is Timed Play: a block of playing time on the blue readers — most of the floor, but not the prize games. Party timed cards do not include E-tickets.

Why it matters on the day: a participant who spends credits on games the Timed Play card already covers can end up unable to play a prize game while still holding unused time.

The Timed Play cards in party packages do not include E-tickets. The clock on one starts when the card is first used on a game, and every party card stops working at the end of the day of the booking, whether it was used or not.

Events must be booked at least 4 days (96 hours) before the event date. Last-minute bookings can only be arranged with an event coordinator, cannot be done online, and carry a $100 late booking fee.

No. An 18% gratuity is added to all bookings and is not part of the advertised package price.

You can increase the number of guests at any time. You can decrease the number of guests up to 24 hours before the event.

A 7-day notice of cancellation is needed to refund your deposit or reschedule your event. If you cancel within 3 days of your event date, you may receive store credit.

Yes — an additional 2 hours of event space can be added to your party time for $249. Contact an event coordinator to add it; it cannot be added online.

No. Adults attend at no charge. Food and gameplay for them can be added separately.

No. Adding participants adds gameplay only. Extra food can be added up to 3 days before the party.

Yes, with liability insurance provided a week before the event. DJs are not permitted to perform inside a GameTime venue.

No outside food or drink is allowed in the venue. The one exception is a birthday dessert — cake, cupcakes or donuts — which must be store-bought from a licensed bakery.

Every venue has a full restaurant and a sports bar, with table service and a full menu. Happy hour runs Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 8 PM.
