House Rules

The same at all five venues. They exist so the floor stays safe and everyone gets the day they came for.

Age Policy

  • Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
  • One person over 21 may bring up to three people under 18.
  • This is enforced at the door, at the manager’s discretion. If you are close to the line, bring ID.

Pets and Service Animals

  • No pets.
  • Service animals protected by law are welcome. Under that law a service animal is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
  • Emotional support animals are not service animals and are not included.

Game Floor Safety

  • No running or horseplay on the game floor.

Game Cards

  • Please treat your game card like cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Dress Code

  • Clothing and hats displaying offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language or images are not permitted.
  • We do not allow clothing which exposes underwear or excessive portions of the skin, which may be viewed as inappropriate in a family environment.
  • Shirts and shoes are required at all times.

Smoke-Free & Fresh-Air Environment

  • GameTime is a 100% smoke-free facility.
  • To help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask that guests be mindful of strong scents, such as smoke, as well as general personal hygiene, before entering the venue.

Filming / Photography

GameTime encourages our guests to make and share memories in a fun, social environment. However, we kindly request that our guests adhere to the following policies regarding the use of cameras on our premises:

  • Permission required for any filming or photography intended for commercial use, including journalism.
  • No professional filming or photography of games/people without proper notification and contract. See store for details.
  • Filming or photography of other guests or staff members requires their express permission.
  • No filming or photography of games for the purpose of gaining an unfair playing advantage.
  • No use of tripods or other equipment, which might interfere with the ability of other guests to enjoy their GameTime experience, without prior written permission.
  • We reserve the right to revoke permission for the use of photographic or video equipment at any time for any reason.
