Raise money by having a good time
Your school, team, squad or charity hosts a fundraiser at GameTime. You bring the people. A percentage of everything they spend goes back to your organization — and the more you raise, the higher the percentage.
How it works
- Pick a date. Fundraisers run Monday through Thursday, 4 PM to 8 PM. Give us two dates and roughly how many people you expect.
- We send you a flyer. Our group sales office creates a master invitation with your organization on it.
- You spread the word. Family, friends, coworkers, the whole team — everyone who comes in with a flyer counts.
- On the day, people play, eat and hand in their flyer with their receipt at the card host stand.
- Your check arrives within 7 to 14 business days, for your percentage of the total.
What your organization gets back

Percentages apply to the sales your group generates. Group rates and other discounts are not combined with a fundraiser.
Who it’s for
Charities, churches, schools and PTAs, athletic teams, cheer and dance squads, scout troops, and any organization recognized as a nonprofit by the IRS. Community recreational clubs without nonprofit status are welcome too — we just need supporting W-9 tax ID information.
The ground rules
- Please don’t hand out flyers inside the venue, the mall, the parking lot or nearby — that’s what the days beforehand are for.
- Group rates and other discounts aren’t combined with a fundraiser.
- One receipt per flyer, please.
- GameTime reserves the right of approval for any fundraiser request.
